1. Acceptance of Terms: By signing up for a consultation or contacting Keznamdi, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Service Description: Provide good Rastafarian Jamaican music for the world.
3. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to sign up for our services.
4. User Responsibilities: When you sign up for our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration forms.
5. Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us at Keznamdi. Information provided during the sign-up process is subject to our Privacy Policy.
6. Modifications to Service: Keznamdi reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the consultation services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
7. Fees and Payment: Details about the fees for our services and payment terms will be provided during consultation booking.
8. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation with  Keznamdi, please inform us at least 24 hours before. If services are canceled before any work has been completed, the client is eligible for a full refund. In cases where services have already been rendered, a prorated refund will be issued based on the extent of work completed. Additionally, clients who fail to show up for two free consultations must pay a $50 fee for scheduling a third appointment.
9. Limitation of Liability: Keznamdi shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our consultation and marketing services.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Wilmington, DE.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Keznamdi reserves the right to update or change our terms and conditions without prior notice.
